I use Astro for content-focused pages and add server features when the project needs them. Search-friendly URLs, page titles, meaningful headings and image sizing belong in the build. After launch, Search Console helps us see what people actually search for.

Yes. Each language has its own page and metadata. We agree on who provides or reviews the translations, and add English or Romanian when your audience needs them.
Will a new website rank first on Google?
No developer can promise first place. I can build a crawlable, usable site and improve its content using real search data. Competition, reputation and the usefulness of the pages also matter.
