A digitalisation grant can help finance a business project, but a website quotation is not an eligibility decision. The provincial service page is the starting point for the current rules. Check the applicant, sector, spending categories, application window and permitted start date against your own situation. Ask the authority or your funding adviser to resolve uncertain points before placing an order.
The province describes support of up to 60% on eligible spending between EUR 2,000 and EUR 15,000. The current service page lists 30 September as the annual application deadline. These are programme limits, not a promise that your project qualifies or that funds remain available.
Write a scope that can be checked
Describe the business task before selecting technology. A hotel may need translated room information and an existing booking-engine integration. A workshop may need a quotation form and a small administration area. For each task, list the deliverable, acceptance check, responsible supplier and cost. Separate initial development from hosting, subscriptions, content work and ongoing maintenance.
Plan the cash flow and handover
Do not budget as though a reimbursement is already approved. Record what must be paid first, which evidence must be retained and who handles the application. Keep the quote, agreed scope, approvals, invoices and delivery checks together. Confirm ownership of the domain, source code and accounts, as well as responsibility for backups and updates.
